1999 Santa Cruz County Artist of the Year Award

The Santa Cruz County Arts Commission and Board of Supervisors annually awards an artist for their outstanding achievement in the discipline of performing, visual or literary arts. The recipient must be a resident of Santa Cruz County, have a national and/or international reputation, and have contributed to the local community through their work in the arts.
